Silane Coupling Agent

Silane Coupling Agent

Coupling agents are used in the rubber industry to improve the wear resistance and aging resistance of tires, rubber sheets, rubber hoses, rubber shoes and other products, and can reduce the amount of NR, thereby reducing costs.

1.1 ELD-YG69

ELD-YG69 can be used to used in rubber industry to improve modulus and tensile strength of rubber, to reduce the compound viscosity and save process energy consumption. It is especially applicable for polymers with double bond or rubber formulation with hydroxyl fillers. The suitable fillers include silica, silicate, clay, etc. The suitable rubber include natural rubber (NR), Butadiene styrene rubber (SBR), Isoprene rubber (IR), Butadiene rubber (BR), Acryloni-trile butadiene rubber (NBR), Ethylene propylene diene rubber (EPDM), etc.

1.2 ELD-YG75

ELD-Si75 is used in rubber  industry to improve modulus and tensile strength of rubber, reduce compound viscosity and save  process energy consumption.,optimize polypropylene manufacturing, crosslink polyethylene and produce thermoplastic vulcanizates, in addition, it can also be used to produce silica reinforced rubber for green tires. Comparing with Si69, the low-active disulfane group in Si75 provides more reliable scorch safty.
