Precipitated Silica (silicon dioxide)

Silica can not only improves the physical properties and processing performance of the rubber compound but also significantly enhances the wear resistance, hardness, tensile strength, and tear strength of shoe soles. It is widely applied in light-colored, colored translucent, and transparent soles (including outsoles, midsoles, and toe caps). Since carbon black tends to leave black marks on light-colored products, and other light or white fillers cannot meet the high performance requirements of rubber for shoe soles, the use of white carbon black in combination with styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), etc., can satisfy these high performance requirements.
