After completing the lab test of carbonized silica, our factory completed the pilot test of replacing tire silica with carbonized products ahead of schedule in June, and the product quality was recognized by customers.

The carbonized silica production process uses liquid sodium silicate and carbon dioxide to react to generate silica. Because the process uses carbon dioxide as the acid source to replace sulfuric acid in the traditional process, the carbon dioxide comes from the flue gas during the production of sodium silicate, one of the raw materials for silica, thus greatly reducing carbon dioxide emissions; at the same time, this process. The generated sodium carbonate wastewater is evaporated and crystallized, and the sodium carbonate and condensed water are recovered as raw materials and production water for sodium silicate respectively, reducing the amount of wastewater discharge and realizing "sodium cycle", "carbon cycle" and "water circulation", make the production process more environmentally friendly and sustainable.

The generated silica has smaller particle size, more uniformity,The product is between fumed silica and precipitation silica. Its reinforcing properties for rubber are more obvious and the products are more diverse, and its uses are broader.
